PD isn’t about the sessions I attend, books and articles I read, or the conferences I attend. It’s all about mindset. The approach I take is about Personal Development. Sometimes my focus is on the professional but it’s not my sole purpose for learning and growth.
Developing habits are easy, much easier to develop than to change. It takes persistence and work to make changes, especially if the habit is years/decades in the making.
How do habits form? How do we replace habits? Habits are important but so is being able to change them.
