PD isn’t about the sessions I attend, books and articles I read, or the conferences I attend. It’s all about mindset. The approach I take is about Personal Development. Sometimes my focus is on the professional but it’s not my sole purpose for learning and growth.
Each day we have the opportunity to reach out to others & show them we care for their well being. Each of us has the power to lift others through our actions & words. Focus on the essential & important. Every day is a PD day. #myPDtoday
