Cultural change is difficult. In some cases, as an administrator, it can seem that the forces pushing against the change are stronger than can be managed. However, if you focus on the areas where things are already aligned with change process and build from there, changes will come. Remember, some changes come quickly while other changes take time. The key is to make them part of the culture to ensure that the change process becomes a part of the culture and reflection and renewal are part of the core of the culture.
